How It Works

Commercial Offer / Invoice

Prepared by the Contractor.

Payment

In accordance with the terms specified in the commercial offer/invoice.

Access to Software

Provision of access to the Software according to the chosen model (On-Premises / Cloud-Services), subscription support in accordance with the Contract terms.

Payments are accepted only after issuance of an individual commercial offer or invoice. Customers may pay by bank transfer or via a secure payment link provided by the Contractor.

Key Cooperation Terms

Payment Confirms Order

Service delivery and software access begin after payment is received.

Prepayment

Services are provided on a full prepayment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Offer Validity

If payment is not received within 31 days of invoice or commercial offer issuance, the offer shall be deemed expired.
