These payment terms apply to all ISMIe business.soft software products and services.
Our software products and services are intended exclusively for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and other persons purchasing them for business purposes.
We do not sell software for personal, family, or household use.
The cooperation process includes the following steps:
1. Client inquiry. 2. Software presentation and discussion of requirements. 3. Preparation of a commercial offer and/or invoice. 4. Payment of the invoice by the client. 5. Granting of the right to use the software and provision of the agreed services.
Payment may be made by:
* bank transfer (SEPA); * secure payment links; * bank cards through available payment services; * other methods specified in the invoice.
Payment links are sent to clients individually after agreeing on the terms of cooperation and issuing the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, services and the right to use the software are provided on a 100% prepayment basis.
For cloud services, a monthly or other periodic subscription fee may apply in accordance with the commercial offer or invoice.
Access to cloud services is granted subject to timely payment for the relevant service period.
All prices are stated excluding VAT in accordance with the applicable small business exemption pursuant to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG (Austria), unless expressly stated otherwise on the invoice.
In the event of payment delay, access to the software and provision of services may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding amounts are fully settled.
