ISMIe business.soft provides self-developed software and related services exclusively for business clients (B2B).
Before making a purchase decision, each client is given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the software functionality through a presentation, consultation, or demonstration of the system's capabilities.
Prior to payment, the client independently assesses whether the software meets their business processes and requirements.
After payment, the client is granted the right to use the software according to the chosen model:
* Cloud Services (access via the Internet); * On-Premises (installation on the client's infrastructure).
Services for setup, implementation, training, support, and consulting may be provided simultaneously.
Since the right to use the software and/or access to cloud services is granted immediately after payment, and service delivery begins right after order confirmation, amounts paid are generally non-refundable.
Refunds after the license is granted, system access is provided, software is installed, or service delivery begins are not made, except in cases:
* expressly provided for by mandatory provisions of applicable law; * of a written agreement between the parties; * of an erroneous or duplicate payment.
If a payment was made by mistake or a double charge occurred, the client must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the error. After reviewing the payment circumstances, funds may be returned to the original payment method.
